Home Designing – for New Home Construction and Home Remodeling.

Hartsfield Construction, Inc. is a “Design-Build” construction company.  The ability to complete all aspects of design, drafting, and building puts HCI in the optimum position to complete any construction project with the most continuity.

Our in-house CAD (Computer Assisted Design) program enables us to design and draft plans that are unique to fit each customer’s budget, lot limitations, style and functionality needs.  We can create a plan from a blank page or modify one of our existing plan designs.  Our CAD program has the capabilities of building the designed structure into a 3D drawing that can be moved and viewed from any angle.  The structure can be opened, removing the roof, while in 3D and viewed from above at any angle.

Other features like adding color, furniture, exterior landscaping and even sunlight rays, enables the design to be accurately created and sized eliminating any guess work.

Design is available to all customers of Hartsfield Construction (New Construction and Remodeling) and in many cases is included at no extra charge.
