Congratulations on behalf of Tallahassee Habitat for Humanity for winning one Gold and one Silver Award from this years Tallahassee Builders Association Parade of Homes. With more than 70 entries representing over $33 million in residential real estate your award is quite an honor. This kind of healthy competition always raises the barre and your company’s fine quality workmanship contributes to the high building standards Tallahassee enjoys.
Although Tallahassee Habitat for Humanity is in a different building arena than Hartsfield Construction, we certainly appreciate the challenges and rewards associated with completing a house successfully. We also pride ourselves on our site selection, labor scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality material suppliers and professionalism in preparing our homeowners for closing to create a fine product from start to finish. All this is essential to reach our goal of providing quality housing for our homeowners. With the vision of doing more for the Tallahassee community, we built nine houses last year, plan to build eleven houses this next year, and look forward to increasing our production with each year that passes. Our newest community, Tallahssee Highlands off Lonnbladh Road, is in development now with the first home scheduled to start on August 19th.
